Counselling hours are only available online -

Each session is 60 minutes long and costs £45 which must be paid through bank transfer 1 day (24 hours) prior to the session. 

If there is a time before your next session where you need to cancel, please try and allow a minimum of 12 hours before the session.

If 12 hours is not given a fee of £20 will need to made through bank transfer before the next session.

If, for any reason, I am unable to make the session myself, no fee will be expected and I will equally try and let you know at least 12 hours before the next session. The session can be re-arranged for slots available in the same week or the following week. 

 

What to expect - 

The first session (as with all sessions) will be friendly and welcoming and will provide an opportunity to establish how we can work together. 

I use a social contract which outlines information of a clients rights and the professionalism of both involved. 

During some sessions it will not be out of the ordinary to have a check in, about the therapeutic relationship and how it is moving along and what may need focusing on. This is part of the counselling itself and should not deter from the originality in which the client has presented.
